RMB 800 per day (about US$110), flat. No commission, no kickbacks, and your money never passes through us. Here is the full breakdown.
One day means a complete service day: we guide you through factories, verify materials on site, negotiate, and get the contract written. It is not hourly billing, not a percentage of your order, and there are no rebates from factories.
What the RMB 800 covers: route planning across Lecong and Longjiang; on-site verification of materials, craftsmanship and structure; negotiating down to ex-factory price; writing the contract (leather, wood, hardware, dimensions, lead time in black and white); and arranging dedicated-line logistics. A six-person team splits the work so a full Lecong-plus-Longjiang run fits in one day.
What it does not cover: your payment for goods—you sign and pay the factory directly, money never passes through us; any factory markup—we are neutral, so what we negotiate off is not what we earn; long-distance travel for remote clients (discussed case by case, always transparent).
Free guides cover their costs through factory rebates or hidden markups. Their sources are limited to partner factories, and they will never truly bargain for you—the more you spend, the more they earn.
We charge a flat fee. Our income has nothing to do with your order size, so we are on your side of the table. Every yuan negotiated off goes into your pocket.
Do the math: a full-home order in a showroom typically carries 20–30% markup. One day of our fee is recovered many times over by the price gap we open for you.
Yes. Guiding, inspection, negotiation and logistics are handled by different team members in parallel. Factories and routes are pre-screened before you arrive, so selection, verification, negotiation and signing all finish in one day—no repeat trips for out-of-town buyers.
For remote clients we offer a remote-inspection plus purchasing option with transparent pricing, still with no money passing through us.
