Route guide

How to tour the Lecong furniture market in one day

Do not wander. Follow “look → compare → verify” in three steps, and one day is enough.

Morning: look, do not buy

Walk the big Lecong malls to lock in style, materials and budget. Photograph everything you like. Do not order yet—Lecong stickers typically carry 20–30% of display cost.

Check three things with your own hands: the cross-section of leather and wood, the brand of the hardware, the frame structure. Sales talk is cheap; materials are not.

Midday: take the photos to Longjiang

Ask source factories for the ex-factory price of the exact same models—the gap becomes obvious in minutes.

A real factory lets you into the workshop to watch cutting and stitching. One that refuses is usually a reseller.

Afternoon: verify, negotiate, sign

Confirm the factory, verify materials on site, negotiate, and write leather, wood, hardware, dimensions and lead time into the contract. No verbal promises.

With our six-person team, guiding, inspection, negotiation and logistics run in parallel—you only decide what you like.

Field tips for first-timers

Wear comfortable shoes—20,000 steps across Lecong plus Longjiang is normal. Bring a tape measure and your floor plan; measure on the spot, never estimate by eye.

Ask about logistics before falling in love with big pieces: dedicated lines cover the whole country, but upstairs-delivery fees in smaller towns belong in your budget.

Come Monday to Friday: master craftsmen are in the workshops; weekends are crowded in the malls and empty on the production floor.
